Heavy Rain has been on my radar for months. You're probably hearing more about it since the first reviews are coming in before its release on February 23rd.
It's Quantic Dream's next title to follow their last IP, Indigo Prophecy. Personally, I think it looks stunning. Very innovative and gripping.
We should be getting a US PSN demo of it during next week's PSN update on the 11th.

I've wanted Heavy Rain since the first trailer. I don't even think I had a 360 at this point (or I just about got it). It was basically one of the games that really made me wanta PS3 and because I loved Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy, I've wanted it that much more because I love that game.
I'm actually skipping reviews and just straight buying it. The only problem I really had with Fahrenheit was the controls were a little buggy, but I get used to things easy so it wasn't that big a deal..that and how weird the game got after a while (the story), but regardless this is a must buy for me and the first game I've been really hyped for in a while

I actually kept checking the US store for some reason. Was surprised to see it on the UK one first.
It gives you 2 parts and I liked the first part much better than I did the 2nd. The controls (much like Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy) are kinda weird and will take some getting used to though. It also feels less like a game than the two, but I think once you get into it everything should be all good

Wireless is built into the PS3, all you have to do is go into "Network Settings" under "System Settings", and do an automatic scan for your router.
My Heavy Rain demo impressions: Visuals: Very impressive, particularly the portions inside the "sleazy hotel" with Scott Shelby. I felt like the facial animations could have been a little tighter during the in-game cutscenes, but overall I was impressed. I also like how they chose to handle load screens with close-up renders of the characters faces...they were very well done.
Audio: The voice acting wasn't as bad as everybody was Chicken Little-ing over, but it's not the best either. It's minor in the end, but still something that can't just be overlooked.
Overall Potential: High. This is one of the few occasions where I have felt the desire to play a DEMO again. I think the final product is going to have great replay value.

"Sleazy Place" was definitely the more action-packed sequence. "The Crime Scene" was fun, but I feel like the replay value on it suffered because it was exactly the same every time, whereas "Sleazy Place" turned out noticeably different on each play through.
