Rules are still:
1. Icons must be in GIF file format.
2. Icon dimensions must be 80 x 80 pixels.
3. Icons need to be transparent and set to a matte of #B1B3BC, the boards' background color. An exception to this rule: animated icons need not be transparent if leaving transparency out is the only way to make the icon follow the file size rule:
4. Icon file size must be no larger than 5k, or 5120 bytes.
5. Name your icons appropriately.
6. If you're not clear on any of the above, or if you have any other questions, ask a frequent user of the icon board.
